If you have prepaid for the All-Inclusive Special Offer, please register online and in the invoicing section (located at the end of the registration process) click the prepaid option and write your invoice number if you have it. You will not be charged during the registration process but you will receive a summary of your registration.

  3.   Credit Card – Request a link to pay with a credit card.
  4.   Refund policy – No refunds after 21 days of order date.
